Copacabana Beach, Dubrovnik

EVERYONE has heard of the Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, but some will not know of the seaside hotspot of the same name in Croatia.

Dubrovnik attracts around half a million people to the city every year, not least for the hot, sunny weather – and it is no surprise they visit this beach while they are there.

Why you should visit Copacabana Beach in Dubrovnik

Although much smaller than its sister beach, Croatia’s Copacabana Beach is a sandy paradise and perfect if you are looking to relax in the Dubrovnik sunshine.

It is also quieter than the city’s other well-known seaside hotspot, Banje Beach, meaning to can tan in peace with sun loungers lining the shoreline.

It is situated in a little cove, so the waters from the Adriatic Sea are much calmer – although look out for the jet skis that fly past.

Meanwhile, the entertainment and fun activities are frequent, from inflatables on the water and live music to good food and chilling on a beach bed, gazing at the idyllic views.

Why not get your holiday to Dubrovnik started and book your flights from just £60 per person with EasyJet.
